flyover의 뜻 – 내륙

flyover를 내이버 영어사전들에서 찾아 보면 ‘저공 비행’ 등으로 나온다. 이런 뜻들로는 아래 문장을 이해할 수 없다.

fly-over는 flyover와 같은 말로 ‘내륙’이라는 뜻이다.

참고로 영어는 우리말과 달리 정부가 맞춤법을 강제하지 않는다. 따라서 flyover라고 할 수도 있고 fly-over라고도 할 수 있는 거다. 대부분의 나라들이 이렇고 우리나라가 예외적인 거다.
