wedding cake ceiling이란 결혼 케익에서나 봄직한 장식이 되어 있는 천정이다.

frost는 명사로 서리, 설탕옷 등을 뜻하고 동사로는 성에가 끼다, 당의를 입히다 등으로 쓰이지만 과거분사로 형용사가 되면 ‘반투명’이나 ‘젖빛’ 등의 뜻으로 확장된다. 당연히 위의 사진처럼 젖빛 결혼 케익 장식의 천정을 말하는 거다. 천장이 어떻게 케익처럼 생길 수가 있겠나.
